That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Sandy Springs Team Behind Hollis Air Duct Sandy Springs
When you book a duct cleaning in Sandy Springs, you should know who’s walking through your door. Our crew is small on purpose. Every technician has been background-checked, uniformed, and trained on the same equipment, whether that’s a Rotobrush rotary brush system or a Nikro negative-air machine. We live in the metro area, we know how Georgia pollen affects ductwork, and we’re not new to this. Roy Castellanos has owned this location since 2004, and he still rides along on jobs when the schedule calls for it.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has run duct cleaning jobs across north Atlanta for over twelve years. He’s certified on Rotobrush rotary brush systems and Nikro negative-air machines, which means he can run both the agitation side and the vacuum collection side of a proper cleaning. Most days he’s in a crawlspace or an attic before the homeowner finishes their first cup of coffee. He’s the guy who notices a disconnected return boot and catches it before it becomes a bigger problem. Outside work, Marcus coaches his son’s rec league basketball team at Hammond Park and does not miss a tip-off.
Dana R. – Senior Installer and Sealing Specialist
Dana came to us from commercial HVAC installation, where she spent seven years sealing duct runs in office build-outs before switching to residential. Duct sealing is her specialty. She applies mastic the old-fashioned way, by hand, which is slower but far more permanent than the tape-and-spray shortcuts some outfits use. When a homeowner asks why their upstairs stays hot in July, Dana walks them through airflow and returns in plain English. She keeps a journal of every unusual duct configuration she’s seen, and she’s filled three of them. On weekends she restores old motorcycles with her brother in Marietta.
Priya K. – Service Coordinator
Priya is the voice on the phone when you call the Sandy Springs office. She joined Hollis in 2021 after years in logistics and dispatch, and she treats every schedule the same way: window is set, technician is confirmed, and the price is written down before anyone drives out. If there’s a delay, Priya calls. If there’s a question about equipment or coverage, Priya has the answer, because she knows every truck, every machine, and every technician’s specialty. She’s fluent in three languages, including Spanish, and she bakes a shockingly good peach cobbler every summer.
Eli W. – Apprentice Technician
Eli joined us two years ago after completing a trade program in Atlanta. He’s the youngest person on the crew and spends most of his time shadowing Marcus, learning how to set up negative-air collection systems and how to read a home’s return-vent layout before the cleaning starts. Roy believes in training people the slow way, which is why Eli doesn’t run a job by himself until he’s proven he can do every step correctly, including the part where the job site gets swept and the boot covers go back on. Eli was born in Sandy Springs and went to Riverwood High School. He’s also the tallest person on the team, which is handy for inspecting high returns without dragging out a ladder.
One Standard, Every Job
Every technician who works under the Hollis Air Duct Sandy Springs name answers to the same operating rules, which we call The Garrison Code. The code has four parts, and none of them are negotiable. First, arrive inside the quoted window. Traffic on I-285 happens, but that’s a scheduling problem we solve before it becomes yours. Second, put the price in writing before any work starts. The number on that sheet does not move once the technician steps inside. Third, do the job by the book. That means using the right agitation method for the duct material, running the negative-air collection properly, and checking the system before packing up. Fourth, leave the site clean. No debris, no boot covers left behind, no mess in the hallway. Roy Castellanos checks in on every job, and if something isn’t right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means we come back and fix it at no charge. That’s the standard, every time.
